About Me
I graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.E. in
Industrial Engineering from Arizona State
University.  

I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF)
Professional Certified Coach.  I've been extensively
trained in ontological coaching
methodology/techniques for 10 years now.  I am an
experienced coach who loves what I do and what I
produce in my clients.

I am a certified coach with Newfield Network.  I
graduated from the Newfield Network certification
training program (CPPM) in November 2005.  I
completed their Coaching in Business training
program (NCOL) in January 2006.

Previous Work Life
I've worked for both American Express and McNeil
Consumer Products as a Business Process
Redesign Expert.  At American Express the
combined effort in my teams resulted in $2MM in
loss prevention, and a 7% increase in customer
service ratings.  Our success was recognized by
senior management, and the team won the
Chairman’s Award for Excellence.  

At McNeil Consumer Products, I was one of three
redesign experts leading our 80 member team in
process redesign techniques and facilitation.  We
were challenged by senior management to reduce
the process cycle time by 50% to ensure first to
market, thus retaining market share.  We
successfully achieved that goal on schedule.
